Collaborate

I collaborate with governments, universities, nonprofits, foundations, and international organizations to design research, strengthen public engagement, and transform complex social challenges into practical, evidence-informed solutions.

My work brings together social innovation, participatory research, knowledge mobilization, and digital storytelling to bridge the gap between research, policy, and community practice. Whether developing a research project, designing a community engagement strategy, or translating evidence into accessible knowledge, I believe the most meaningful solutions are created in collaboration with the people most affected by them.

Areas of Collaboration

Research & Policy

I design and lead qualitative, participatory, and community-based research that generates actionable knowledge for policy, practice, and social innovation. My work includes research design, knowledge synthesis, literature reviews, policy briefs, and strategies that make research accessible to diverse audiences.

    Social Innovation & Strategic Design

I support organizations in designing innovative approaches to complex social issues through participatory methods, systems thinking, and collaborative problem-solving. Together, we develop practical strategies that strengthen organizations, partnerships, and long-term impact.

    Public Policy & Community Engagement

I help organizations connect research with decision-making by facilitating meaningful engagement with communities, stakeholders, and policymakers. My work focuses on translating lived experience into evidence that informs policy, program development, and institutional change.

    Digital Storytelling & Narrative Strategy

Stories shape policy, influence public conversations, and build trust. I design storytelling initiatives that help organizations communicate research, amplify community knowledge, and create meaningful public engagement through ethical and participatory approaches.

      Why Work With Me?

I bring a unique combination of academic research, nonprofit leadership, journalism, and community engagement.

As a PhD candidate in Social Innovation at Saint Paul University, my work explores participatory knowledge systems and digital storytelling as approaches to social innovation and public engagement. Alongside my academic work, I have led national and international initiatives focused on gender justice, civic participation, diaspora engagement, peacebuilding, and inclusive knowledge production.

My experience spans research, policy development, facilitation, strategic communications, and cross-sector collaboration, allowing me to work comfortably across academia, government, civil society, and international organizations.

      📩 Let’s collaborate

I welcome opportunities to collaborate on research projects, policy development, knowledge mobilization, strategic planning, community engagement, speaking engagements, workshops, and interdisciplinary partnerships.

If you’re looking for a collaborator who can connect research with practice and help turn ideas into meaningful action, I’d be pleased to hear from you.
